Powerlifting Program (In Person) 4 days

Training in-person at our facility, supervised by a coach. Programs created individually.


Service Description

In-person training 4 days per week with experienced coaches. Once signed up, we will reach out to create a schedule! Get ready to take your powerlifting to the next level with Full Power Performance Training's in-person powerlifting program. Our experienced coaches will work with you three days a week to provide individualized programs for meet preparation and strength building. Whether you're looking to compete or just get stronger, our program is designed to help you reach your goals. Main lifts include the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift. Training includes meet prep, and coaches attending the meets if able!
