At Full Power Performance Training, we are dedicated to helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential through customized sports performance training. Whether it's strength training, speed, agility, or specialized skills, we focus on individual programs tailored to meet each athlete's unique needs. Our goal is to optimize athletic performance and provide the tools for success, no matter the sport.

We believe in the importance of staying active for everyone. That's why we offer our "Playful Motion" motive, which encourages children—athletes or not—to remain active and engaged through fun and dynamic activities. Our camps and Action Nights are designed to keep kids moving, building healthy habits in a supportive and playful environment.

We provide versatile facility rentals for teams and individual athletes, including turf, batting cages, and wrestling mats. These spaces are ideal for training, practice, or competition, and we ensure they’re ready for your needs.

For those looking to improve their fitness and well-being, we offer personalized training programs for individuals of all fitness levels and ages. With a focus on movement and functional wellness, our personal training includes nutrition guidance and one-on-one sessions, available in person upon request.

GWEN REMALEY

Gwen is the founder and owner of Full Power Performance Training, bringing years of athletic experience and passion to her coaching. Athletics has always been an integral part of her life, starting with her competitive gymnastics background and continuing through her involvement in track and field. Her journey as an athlete led her to discover field hockey, while continuing to pursue shot put and discus into her collegiate athletic career. Gwen’s dedication and hard work paid off, as she holds multiple records from both high school and college, including being a state medalist for track and field, and MVP in both sports in high school.

As a coach, Gwen’s focus is on empowering individuals to reach their full potential, drawing from her own experiences of balancing multiple sports and achieving excellence. She brings a supportive, athlete-centered approach to every training session, helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence. Gwen’s humble nature and love for the sport allow her to connect with athletes of all levels, creating a positive and motivating environment for growth and development.
