Gwen Remaley

Owner and founder of Full Power Performance Training. I offer over eight years of experience training clients of all ages and fitness levels. I've trained athletes starting at booster club level, all the way to a collegiate level. I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Conditioning from East Stroudsburg University. I thoroughly enjoy experiencing an athlete's growth in their athletic performance and confidence that comes along with sports training.

I grew up in Lehighton and graduated from Lehighton Area High School in 2014. Sports has always played a huge part of my life. I played field hockey from 6th grade to a collegiate level, being named MVP both my junior and senior year of high school. I threw shot-put and discus from a booster club level to a collegiate level, being named MVP my junior and senior year of high school. I was a state qualifier in track every season in high school and earned a state metal for shot-put my senior year, getting 8th place at the PIAA Track & Field State Championship. I broke both the shot put and discus record (and still hold the shot-put record) for LAHS. I was name Times News Athlete of the Year in the spring of 2014. I attended Muhlenberg College and broke their indoor and outdoor shot-put school record in 2015.

Always having a competitive mindset, I began powerlifting in 2016 and continue to compete today. I hold state and national records in both the amateur and professional junior age division from 2016 and 2017. I hold state records in the open age division from 2018.
