Athlete Evaluations
New athletes will go through their evaluation in their first session.
The evaluation process includes a combination of objective performance metrics and self-reported data. This assessment helps coaches and trainers understand each athlete’s current abilities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop targeted training programs to enhance performance.
After you fill out the form, a coach will email you within 72 hours. All sessions are scheduled in alignment with both the sports performance coach’s availability and your schedule.
