Our 8-Week Youth Performance Camp is designed for athletes entering 1st through 7th grade who want to move better, get stronger, and build confidence in their sport. Each session focuses on developing speed, agility, strength, and coordination through structured drills, athletic games, and age-appropriate strength training. We emphasize proper movement mechanics, body control, and injury prevention — all in a high-energy, supportive environment. Whether your athlete plays a specific sport or just wants to improve overall athletic ability, this camp builds the foundation every young athlete needs to succeed.

Strength & Conditioning Summer Camp - Thank you for choosing the Full Power! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all athletes, please review the following policies: Refund Policy: - Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 20 days before the start date (by June 3rd, 2026). - Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be available for cancellations made after June 3rd, 2026, and up until the start date of June 23rd, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued. - No Shows/Absences: All sessions are preset and designed with the understanding that families may take vacations. Make-up sessions will not be available for missed classes. Attire and Equipment: - Athletes are required to wear proper athletic clothing and athletic shoes or turf shoes (please note: no cleats are allowed on the training surface). - Athletes should bring plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout each session, a water fountain is available to refill their bottles.
