Sports Performance Training for Athletes At Full Power Performance Training, we are dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential through tailored sports performance training. Every athlete begins with a comprehensive evaluation, allowing us to assess their current strengths and areas for improvement. Based on the results, we create a customized training program designed specifically for their sport, position, and individual needs. We understand that athletes have busy schedules with other sports and commitments, which is why our sessions are flexible and booked weekly based on availability. No two athletes have the same program, as each program is built around the unique requirements of the individual. Whether it’s strength training, agility, speed, or plyometrics, every element is strategically integrated into a scientifically-backed plan that targets the athlete’s weaknesses and enhances their performance. Our athletes also receive hands-on coaching throughout every session. We focus on providing personalized attention, ensuring each athlete performs exercises with proper form and technique, and making adjustments as needed to maximize results. At Full Power Performance Training, we are committed to supporting athletes in their journey to becoming faster, stronger, and more efficient—both on and off the field. Your success is our priority, and our specialized approach ensures that you receive the right training to elevate your game.


Policies

**Terms & Conditions for Sports Performance Training Bookings** **1. Membership & Booking** By signing up for our sports performance training services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Your membership grants you access to scheduled training sessions based on the selected plan. All bookings are subject to availability. **2. Recurring Payments & Cancellation** Your membership is billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel your recurring payment at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect immediately, and no further charges will be made. However, payments already processed are non-refundable. **3. Modifications to Membership** If you wish to change your membership, including adding additional sessions per week, you must cancel your current membership and enroll in a new plan. Changes cannot be made to an active membership. **4. No Show & Rescheduling Policy** Sessions must be attended as scheduled. If you are unable to attend a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the session being forfeited. **5. Liability & Assumption of Risk** By participating in sports performance training, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You agree to release our organization, trainers, and staff from any liability related to injuries or damages that may occur during training sessions. **6. Changes to Terms** We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. By proceeding with your membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
